AgriCore is designed as a multi-company platform. Operational records are scoped to the active company and company memberships.
Security
Built so one company's data stays one company's data.
Security is part of AgriCore's architecture, not a feature added afterwards. The platform uses company-scoped records, permissions and specialist cloud providers for authentication, hosting and payments.
Role-based access
Company roles and permissions control who can see financial, administrative and operational features.
Secure authentication
User authentication and session handling are provided through specialist authentication infrastructure.
Payments
Subscription card details are handled by Stripe. AgriCore does not need to store raw payment card data.
Cloud data
AgriCore uses managed cloud infrastructure and database security controls to operate the service.
Responsible use still matters.
Company administrators remain responsible for granting appropriate access to staff, protecting account credentials, reviewing users who leave the business and ensuring information entered into the platform is handled appropriately.
