Terms of service
These terms are intended to describe the basis on which businesses access AgriCore, currently operated by McAteer Agricultural Services Ltd.
Free trial and subscription
Where offered, the Professional plan includes a 14-day free trial. A payment method may be required before the trial begins. Unless the subscription is cancelled before the end of the trial, the paid monthly subscription begins automatically at the price shown during signup, plus applicable VAT.
Business use
AgriCore is intended for business users. Account holders are responsible for authorised use of their company workspace, user access and the accuracy of information entered into the service.
Availability and data
The service is provided using third-party cloud infrastructure. Reasonable steps are taken to maintain availability and security, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation
Subscriptions can be cancelled through the available billing controls or support route. Any effect on access at the end of the paid period should be made clear in the billing area.
